What a messy color in Balikpapan Color Run! hahahhahahaa 

This concept adapted from Jakarta Color Run which sponsored by Cimb niaga at GBK.

We bought 85k for this costumes:

Thats my run number, and all the participant almost 4000 people. What a day. 

This is sunday morning as maroon five said, my friends and I prepare this even since 2 weeks ago. We just high expectation!

we pose-ing inside our rent house in Blora, Balikpapan. Then i drove to Dome, Balikpapan.

In the corner of cascade we met our others. We are the employee of the biggest bank in Indonesia, whose ODP from many country.

We are the new comers from Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Malang, Palembang, Semarang, Bogor. We are almost 2 years here.

And this is our first event from Balikpapan we care about. 

so happy to met them. after take a photo by tongsis, we are ready to run!

Most of them (them is people in Balikpapan, mostly here is teenager) just walking as a pleasure.

In the middle of route , someone throw us a mejikuhibiniu coloring to all of your body, eventhough my ear are the spot too -,-

Look! so messy color! lol

I dunno what to say to this event. This is the animo.

Just be honest that this is my partner and I. Hahahaha we used to be crazy on the top. Me, actually... hmm.

This event actually to much little bit bored. Why? too much animo,too small of route. We even cant run in the whole of people. We just walking around the 0- way, in the area of DoME.

Just like after the walking time, there is some band show here. The doorprize like usually is the power of event.

But for whatever reason, we have no care about taking a photosession.

thats all my team of renthouse in Balikpapan. hahahaha. Hug them tight!

aight then... thanks for the event organizer. For me, the conclusion is there is pros and const. The pros is we can see our power of Balikpapan teenager here. hahahha. Most of them almost under 20! kzl.

with 85k we've got what we arent expected for. 

The doorpriZe looks good, and the band yeah enough talkative to the animo. 

The cons is like seriously the route is just too short!!! This EO should have search for the route outer DOME. Bigger and Longer Route like Bukit Damai Indah.

But btw for Balikpapan, we say thanks to accelerate this event! Cause too much activity of shopping mall in Balikpapan was so boriiingg. This is a good event to see the color of Balikpapan. The color of teenager especially (again)

Balikpapan need some refreshment event like this... more and more..

What a busy day

One day, the boss called all his verin in a big meeting. He spoke about the decline of mortgage application. Which is the bussines credit of mortgage became really slowly one year recently. Some of them cause of Bank Indonesia regulation, others is bout our sales turnover.

then he offered his verificator to be double job... as a verin... as a sales semi mortgage...

First time, i was a mortgage verin for two month 1,5 yeas ago (when i came to this city) ... and i used to be ots ( on the spot ) survey-ing customer in their company or bussiness.

But that was so many years ago... now i am a personal loan verin.

i have no updating bout issued in mortgage, i'm just updating bout it generally. Just like LtV for second home,third home, etc. I have no idea bout the dsr, rac, or some of step which is actually changing when i'm doing my personal loan apps.

This is my activity to be semi sales mortgage.

i visited Villa bukit ampar Balikpapan as a new developer today.

with 1,5 ha there is 84 houses will be built.

anyway, my jobdesk just bout asking and take a responsibilty if they re complaining bout my company bussines process.

i have a decision maker in Makasar. My bigboss is there. We divide our process with two distribution network. Kalimantan get to DN 2 where is Makasar is the center of processing. We transfer all analyze aps there then waiting for several times if the aps is approved or rejected.

Look. About pricing of residential, home type 36 - 45  is about 300m - 500m rupiahs.

home type 70 - 80 is about above 600m and so on..

this is Villa Gardenia Residential.

From this activity, i just know the process of making residential , this is new developer of my company. You could see the land structure of Balikpapan!

I was thinking bout how spectacullar if you have a husband who's having properties bussiness. Then, how could people built a residence from a really nude land?

the blank spot to be a big residence. Holalalaa... especially Balikpapan, where the land is so up and down like a hill. Oh, this city is really hill, not just as same as. hahahhaa.

But i see that high risk high return. This bussines have many risk. I used to act like mitigator. gahahha. Sometimes not a mitigator eh, just an avoiders. lol

then something that we have to realize is , property costs always incline with our economic scaling. The value of money is a big issues if we talk about mortgage.

in other hands, mortgage offering bout 9.75% fix one years..

Then, balikpapan so adorable to invest. But javanese land still the best choice.

and btw, i ve got sick after this ots.... i want puke for several times... i cant be driven by others inside the car. huk

Review Just Bitten Kissable Revlon 20 Lipbalm Stain

Today i wanna review about my favourite stuff of lipstick. Again and again. We said over and over again :p hahahhahaa

So what should i do if i am a lip color lover?

I have a bunch of lipstick which is dunno which one has expired? -,-

alright then, this is my own review from Revlon. 

Totally, i like to use lipbalm for daily activities, eventhough the color usually not to pigmented as well as lipcolor.

But not to this stuff. This revlon kissable balm stain.

btw i pick numb 20 because i think the color is bout pinky maroon. 

a lil bit sensual actually :p

In indonesia, there is just 4 color available in store. Dunno why. But all the color is so red pigmented, pink pigmented,very nide, and others i forgot.

this is the original color which is available in store of USA

for me this stuff is so adorable. Why? really high pigmented..... affordable about 80k... moisturizing so muchhh.... ergonomic packaging... designed as a auto pen...

but absolutely lipbalm is as same as other lipbalm, when you re eating, it will be lost.

But because of this color so pigmented, sometimes to avoid sensual looks, i use it really a bit.

Like the slogan just bitten kissable. hahahaah!

oh lala i really have a big baby eyes. 😅 miahahahah. 

This is me in my uniform and i am not using eye make up cause i still need a time for recovery my dropped eyes several days ago. I'm avoid makeup recently. My faces need a break -,-

Story of Company Gathering

I'm so waiting for this event for 2 months. Hahahaha. Cause for the second, i'm a candidate of the dancer family gathering.

The dance is compilation of traditional, modern, and aerobic. All the exercise time is so fun cause i am a coordinator of my bussiness unit.

i paid a teacher. hohoho. Named is Sarah. She is powerfull and energic to combine our dance and bla bla bla

There is 6 female dancer with 3 different color costumes. Look the skirt. hihihi. So "rumbai-rumbai"

then this is our couple team! We dance with a couple of sales-consumer loan grup.
